The holiday break is over, and the real season has begun. January is where players either hit a wall or break through to the next level. We are focusing this month on mid-season tune-ups—keeping your legs fresh, your shot consistent, and your confidence high for the second half of the season.

The work you do on Friday shows up on the scoreboard on Saturday.
We are opening the gym for exclusive Friday night group sessions. These are high-intensity, rep-heavy "labs" designed to get you mentally and physically sharp for your weekend games.

Coach Ryan Davis
Coach Tony Ziccardi
A former Division I standout at the University of Vermont, Ryan went on to play professionally overseas after earning his degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, and Sports Management. A two-time Player of the Year, he is recognized for his disciplined, fundamentals-first approach to player development. Ryan combines high-level skill instruction with mindset coaching, helping athletes not only elevate their game but also grow as confident, resilient individuals off the court.
A former Conant High School and Harper College player, Tony brings nearly a decade of coaching experience in AAU and youth basketball. He is passionate about developing both performance and character, using a structured, athlete-first approach to teaching the game. Tony is also pursuing his NASM Personal Training certification to expand his expertise and further support athletes in their overall growth and development.
