Better Every Day.
As a former Division I and professional athlete, I know what it takes to excel at the highest level of basketball. At RD3 Training, our mission is simple: help young athletes improve every single day.
We focus on mastering every move, every shot, and understanding the details of the game that make all the difference. Whether it’s building fundamentals, sharpening skills, or developing the mindset to compete, our goal is to guide athletes on their journey to becoming their best.
