Building on the success of our January sessions, we are keeping the gym open on Friday nights. These are 90-minute, high-intensity sessions designed to keep your jumper rhythmic and your handle tight without overloading your legs before weekend games.

Coach Ryan Davis
Coach Tony Ziccardi
A former Division I standout at the University of Vermont, Ryan went on to play professionally overseas after earning his degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, and Sports Management. A two-time Player of the Year, he is recognized for his disciplined, fundamentals-first approach to player development. Ryan combines high-level skill instruction with mindset coaching, helping athletes not only elevate their game but also grow as confident, resilient individuals off the court.
A former Conant High School and Harper College player, Tony brings nearly a decade of coaching experience in AAU and youth basketball. He is passionate about developing both performance and character, using a structured, athlete-first approach to teaching the game. Tony is also pursuing his NASM Personal Training certification to expand his expertise and further support athletes in their overall growth and development.

Meet The Owner
Ryan Davis played Division I basketball at the University of Vermont, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, and Sports Management. After college, he pursued a professional career overseas, continuing his passion for the game at the next level.
Throughout his playing career, Ryan was recognized with numerous honors, beginning in high school as the first athlete in his district to earn First Team All-State. At Vermont, he was named America East 6th Man of the Year as a sophomore before earning back-to-back Player of the Year titles in his junior and senior seasons.
Grateful for the lessons the game has given him, Ryan now pours that experience into helping the next generation of athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.
