Ryan Davis
Founder & Head Basketball Trainer
Having played Division One basketball at the University of Vermont, Ryan graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree focusing on health sciences, nutrition, and sports management. Following his college experience, he embarked on a brief professional career overseas. Ryan is immensely grateful for the numerous awards he received during his time on the court, starting with being the first to be named first team All-State in his high school district. In college, he earned the 6th Man of the Year award during his sophomore year and went on to achieve back-to-back Player of the Year titles during his junior and senior years.

Josh Davis
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Josh is an experienced personal trainer with 9 years in the fitness industry. Josh graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University, holding a degree in Exercise Science. He also served as an Exercise Science Professor at Grand Canyon University. In addition, Josh is a certified stretch therapist with specialized knowledge in neuromuscular reeducation, certified by Neufit. His background includes competing in powerlifting and college football. With boundless enthusiasm for fitness, Josh has guided numerous clients to success in areas such as fat loss, pain reduction, corrective exercise, and athletic performance. Join Josh on this fitness journey, and together, they can achieve greatness!

Ari Miller MA, CMPC
Mental Performance Coach
Are you a student-athlete who is struggling with performance anxiety, managing negative thoughts, or transitions?
Ari Miller can help! He is a mental performance coach who specializes in working with student-athletes and offers 1-on-1 remote coaching sessions.
Ari Miller has over 15 years of experience, most recently leading the development and implementation of the first mental health and performance program in the Johns Hopkins University athletics department.
