Most players go into their weekend games cold. The Friday Night Skills Lab is designed to change that. These are high-intensity, rep-heavy sessions focused on getting you mentally and physically sharp for your weekend games.
Who: Boys & Girls, Grades 4th – 8th Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (90 Minutes)
The Schedule:
Jan 16: Shooting Under Pressure (Game speed shots & decision making)
Jan 23: Finishing School (Floaters, Euro-steps, and contact finishes)
