🏀 Big3 x RD3 Fall Skills Academy 🏀
This September, RD3 Training and Big3 Basketball are teaming up to launch a 3-week basketball skills academy at Hamilton Lakes Athletic Club. Designed for players in grades 3–8, this program combines high-energy group training with professional coaching to help athletes sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and prepare for the upcoming season.
Program Highlights:
3 Weeks of Training – Consistent progression across three Saturdays (Sept 13, 20, 27)
Age-Specific Groups –• Grades 6–8: 1:30–2:30pm
Professional Coaching – Led by RD3 Training and Big3 Basketball coaches
