The RD3 4-Week At-Home Ball Handling Mastery Program is designed to give players a complete, progressive plan to dramatically improve their handle without leaving home. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build control or an advanced player aiming for elite-level speed and creativity, this program provides a daily blueprint to maximize results. Across 4 weeks and 28 structured workouts (7 days/week), players will work through three key phases of development: • Foundation & Control: Building confidence with both hands, keeping the ball tight, and mastering low, balanced dribbles. • Speed & Tightness: Increasing dribble pace without losing control, executing moves in tight spaces, and improving handle under fatigue. • Combos & Game-Readiness: Blending multiple moves together at game pace, reacting to defenders, and creating space off the dribble. • Game-Speed Execution: Simulating in-game situations, making rapid decisions, and handling pressure like a true playmaker. Each workout includes: • Stationary Drills to sharpen control and strengthen both hands. • On-the-Move Drills to connect footwork with handle. • Game-Scenario Drills to train moves exactly how you’ll use them in games. • Cool-Down & Freestyle to encourage creativity and rhythm. Workouts are short (20–25 minutes) but intense, making it easy to stay consistent while still getting high-quality reps. The program is progressive — each week builds on the last — so players finish with more confidence, speed, and control than ever before. By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll have developed a handle that can handle pressure, break down defenders, and keep you dangerous in any game situation — all from the comfort of your own driveway, garage, or local court.
