Cancellation Policy
Waiver Requirement: To book a session, please complete the necessary waiver for the gym. This waiver is required for liability purposes and will not incur any charges. Please send the completed waiver to zrupert@hpre.com . Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund due to the gym's rental policy. If you cancel within this time frame, you will be charged the full price of the session. Rescheduling: My schedule may change frequently due to team and gym availability. If a reschedule is necessary, I appreciate your understanding. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours due to sickness or other urgent reasons, please contact me, and we'll work out a solution.
